Through more than twenty years of hands-on experience and an exacting eye for detail, Alfredo brings the discipline of fine woodworking to every renovation he takes on.

Alfredo learned this trade the way it has always been learned best: on site, over years, under the guidance of one of the region's established builders, before founding LI Custom Millwork to work under his own standard.

CUSTOM MILLWORK & ARCHITECTURAL TRIM
As a millwork specialist, Alfredo designs and installs the elements that define a room — wainscoting, coffered and beamed ceilings, custom built-ins, cabinetry, mouldings, and fireplace surrounds.
Each piece is executed with premium materials and traditional finish technique, scaled and detailed to suit the architecture of the home rather than applied to it.
KITCHEN & BATHROOM RENOVATION
Alfredo manages full kitchen and bath renovations from demolition through final finish, coordinating every trade and maintaining a single standard across all of them.
The result is a space that functions for the way the client actually lives, finished to a level of detail that holds up years after the project closes.
EXTENSIONS, RENOVATIONS & EXTERIORS
As a fully licensed and insured general contractor, Alfredo also handles home extensions, whole-room renovations, and exterior work including windows, doors, siding, and decking.
Under his direct oversight, the process stays organized and the finish work stays consistent — from the framing no one sees to the trim everyone does.
